Delete your Zeus Athlete account
How to ask
Email support@zeusos.io from the email address on your account with the subject line Delete my account. Tell us which gym you belong to.
We confirm we received it within two business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the request from your account email so nobody else can delete your account.
Deleting your account does not cancel a gym membership or stop payments to your gym. Cancel your membership with your gym first.
What we delete
- Your sign-in and app account
- Your profile details, such as name, phone, photo and date of birth
- Your workout scores, notes and personal records
- Your saved devices and notification settings
What we keep, and for how long
- Payment and invoice records your gym is required to keep for tax and accounting, for up to seven years
- Signed waivers and agreements, for as long as the law requires your gym to keep them
- A record that you opted out of messages, so you are never contacted again by mistake
Anything we keep is limited to that purpose and is not used for marketing.
